Startup advice for minority owned businesses

Starting a business is never easy.  If you are thinking about it and want a starting point for free advice, programs, and local offices, we recommend the U.S. Small Business Administration, since it is funded by the Federal government, i.e. your money.  Another Federal agency, the Minority Business Development Agency , is specifically charged with assisting Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE or MWBE) firms from their 31 local offices nationwide.
