Target, the nation’s second-largest discount retailer, agreed to pay a group of black workers $775,000 to settle a government racial discrimination lawsuit.The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said a white store manager in Springfield, Pa., made inappropriate comments to 14 black employees.
